As part of the Luxembourg Venture Days, Women in Business will host a side event bringing together three women who have successfully built and financed high-growth ventures.

The panel will feature the women founders selected by Nexus members through the Women Founders initiative, including the founders of Methys DX and FoxBio, alongside Emma Scribe from Team for the Planet. They will share their experiences of navigating the investment landscape, overcoming funding barriers and securing the resources needed to launch and scale their businesses.

The discussion will focus on the persistent investment gap faced by women-led start-ups and scale-ups. What are the main obstacles? Which solutions can improve access to funding? And how can investors, support organisations, public institutions and founders contribute to a more inclusive investment ecosystem?

With three women on stage who have successfully made this journey, the conversation will offer practical insights, personal perspectives and concrete ideas for closing the gap.
