Marie-Claude Mayer is the former vice-president of Publicis Communication and has spent most of her career with the Publicis group, whose values she deeply shares.
Passionate about communication, she managed a number of legendary clients from Dim to Lancôme and Nestlé before being appointed DGA of Publicis Conseil in France, then Global Client Leader to supervise all L’Oréal Group budgets entrusted to the Publicis Group in 73 countries.
Marie-Claude joined the Comex of Publicis Worldwide and became a member of the Supervisory Board of Publicis Groupe from 2010 to 2018.

As part of MCM Consulting, Marie-Claude Mayer supports the Comex of Publicis France in its HR policy in 2018 for the in-depth transformation of the company.

Passionate about diversity and women’s empowerment, she co-founded the Viva Women internal network in 2009, and was appointed a member of the Women’s Forum Shareholders’ Committee in 2010.

She is a director of Toutes à l’école and of the Olga Spitzer association for child protection.

She is currently finalising a mentoring project for women.

Marie-Claude is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and holds a master’s degree in sociology.
