After 20 years at the helm of PwC Luxembourg, Marie-Jeanne Chèvremont embarked on a new entrepreneurial adventure on her own account in 2007 as an independent consultant and director. She is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee of Banque Pictet Europe SA, Clearstream Banking SA and the investment funds managed by Schroders in Luxembourg. She is also a director of Maison Moderne. Among other things, Marie-Jeanne is also involved in associations such as the ILA (Luxembourg Institute of Directors) or Women in Business, which she created in 2005 and of which she is honorary president.
What are the biggest challenges facing women leaders ? How can we close the gender gap in leadership positions and increase the representation of women ? How can we ensure that women have equal access to leadership training and development opportunities ? What advice can be given to women who aspire to be leaders in their field?
