“Essentialism is a concept which encourages the user to apply strict criteria to be more selective in choosing priorities and to determine what is essential and what is not. It is a concept following the book by Greg McKeown which is supposed to “regain control of choices, so we can make the highest possible contribution towards the things that really matter.”
