Limpertsberg (20 Avenue Pasteur L-2310 Luxembourg) from 12.15pm to 1.45pm on January 24th 2025. \n\n\n\nOn this occasion\, we will welcome  \n\n\n\nMarianne DONVEN \n\n\n\nCHICHE! Restaurants co-founder \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nwho will address on  \n\n\n\nIntercultural understanding in business : how to foster equality and boost inclusion ? \n\n\n\nWhere do we stand today about migrants’ inclusion in Luxembourg? \n\n\n\nHow to run a business with intercultural understanding as a key-value? \n\n\n\nHow to do business in line with your values?  \n\n\n\nAbout Marianne Donven \n\n\n\nAfter an initial career at Arbed (now ArcelorMittal)\, Marianne Donven worked in development aid and humanitarian projects for the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  \n\n\n\nHer experience in the field has enabled her to develop a huge respect for vulnerable populations. After carrying out humanitarian missions and integration projects in Luxembourg\, Marianne ended up welcoming young migrants into her home\, before co-founding CHICHE! restaurants. \n\n\n\nToday\, her company employs 72 migrants and refugees at six sites (Limpertsberg\, Esch\, Bonnevoie\, Mudam Café\, Bettange/Mess and Ettelbruck). \n\n\n\nOn the occasion of the first WIB Get Together of the year\, Marianne will share her journey – both professional and personal – in a light-hearted and hopeful testimony\, and giving us the chance to taste some delicious oriental specialities. \n\n\n\nAs all our profits go to charities\, no refund will be proposed in case of cancellation.  \n\n\n\nWIB Get Together lunches are members only events.
