How can we reverse the trend? What bridges can we build between them? \n\n\n\nDrawing from her own experience\, Michèle Detaille will share her insights\, convictions\, and practical advice to help shift the lines and empower more women to lead across industries. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nAbout Michèle DETAILLE  \n\n\n\nMichèle Detaille is a powerful example of what bold leadership and vision can achieve. She began her career in politics in the early 1980s\, before making a decisive move into the business world in 1988 as the Commercial Director of Accor Services Benelux. \n\n\n\nIn 1996\, she took over the company No-Nail Boxes. Under her leadership\, the company became part of the ALIPA Group\, a dynamic network of SMEs specialized in industrial packaging\, logistics\, and handling. \n\n\n\nMichèle Detaille has always combined business with civic engagement. She served as a board member of the Catholic University of Louvain and held the title of Honorary Regent of the National Bank of Belgium. She is currently a board member of Luxempart. \n\n\n\nIn 2019\, she made history by becoming the first non-Luxembourgish woman elected President of FEDIL\, Luxembourg’s major business federation\, a role she held until 2024. \n\n\n\nNamed “Most Influential Economic Personality in Luxembourg” by Paperjam in 2020\, Michèle Detaille continues to inspire through her work. DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\nWe are very pleased to invite you to the upcoming WIB GET TOGETHER  \n\n\n\nat SOFITEL LUXEMBOURG LE GRAND DUCAL (Boulevard d’Avranches 40 in Luxembourg) \n\n\n\nfrom 12.15 am to 2.00 pm on April 24th\, 2026. \n\n\n\nOn this occasion\, we will be honoured to welcome \n\n\n\nLaurence Zenner \n\n\n\nGroup Lead Grids of Encevo S.A. \n\n\n\nand CEO of Creos Luxembourg S.A. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nwho will address on \n\n\n\n“Energy of the future\, leadership of today“ \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nThe conference will be organized in two complementary parts. The first part will focus on the future of energy\, with particular attention given to the role of hydrogen in the energy transition and to the innovations currently being developed by Creos. This segment will highlight how technological advancements and strategic infrastructure projects are contributing to the development of more resilient and sustainable energy systems. \n\n\n\nThe second part will adopt a more personal perspective by presenting the professional journey of a woman engineer who has risen to the position of CEO. Through this experience\, the conference will address leadership\, career development\, and the opportunities and challenges faced by women in the engineering and energy sectors\, offering an inspiring outlook for the community. \n\n\n\nAbout Laurence Zenner \n\n\n\nLaurence Zenner | Group Lead Grids of Encevo S.A. and CEO of Creos Luxembourg S.A. \n\n\n\nLaurence Zenner was born in Luxembourg in 1971. She holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Liège\, Belgium. She began her professional career in 1995 as a research engineer with a manufacturer of metal halls and joined the CFL Group in 1999\, where she held various positions within the infrastructure management department of CFL before taking up the position of Secretary General from 2014 to 2017 and Quality Manager from 2016 to 2017 for the CFL Group. Since 2018 she had been CEO of CFL Cargo. \n\n\n\nFrom 2008 to 2017\, she also assumed the position of Associate Teacher at the Faculty of Sciences\, Technology and Communication at the University of Luxembourg. Laurence Zenner joined the electricity and gas network operator Creos Luxembourg S.A. on 1 July 2023 and was appointed CEO and member of the Board of Directors. She has also been a member of the Executive Board of Encevo S.A. since that date. \n\n\n\nWith effect from 1 January 2025\, Laurence Zenner has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). \n\n\n\nAs all our profits go to charities\, no refund will be proposed in case of cancellation.  \n\n\n\nWIB Get Together are members only events. \n\n\n\nBilletterie Weezevent \n\n\n\n
