DESCRIPTION:We are very pleased to invite you to our upcoming Get Together at Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal from 12.15pm to 1.45pm on April 26th \n\n\n\nOn this occasion\, we will welcome  \n\n\n\nMarie-Claude MAYER  \n\n\n\n founder MCM Consulting – former Vice-President of Publicis Communication \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nwho will address on  \n\n\n\n“What challenges had I to face as a woman in business?” \n\n\n\nQuotas\, fight for gender equality\, networking\, mentoring… what are the best keys to succeed as a woman?  \n\n\n\nMarie-Claude Mayer is the former vice-president of Publicis Communication and has spent most of her career with the Publicis group\, whose values she deeply shares.Passionate about communication\, she managed a number of legendary clients from Dim to Lancôme and Nestlé before being appointed DGA of Publicis Conseil in France\, then Global Client Leader to supervise all L’Oréal Group budgets entrusted to the Publicis Group in 73 countries.Marie-Claude joined the Comex of Publicis Worldwide and became a member of the Supervisory Board of Publicis Groupe from 2010 to 2018. \n\n\n\nAs part of MCM Consulting\, Marie-Claude Mayer supports the Comex of Publicis France in its HR policy in 2018 for the in-depth transformation of the company. \n\n\n\nPassionate about diversity and women’s empowerment\, she co-founded the Viva Women internal network in 2009\, and was appointed a member of the Women’s Forum Shareholders’ Committee in 2010. \n\n\n\nShe is a director of Toutes à l’école and of the Olga Spitzer association for child protection. \n\n\n\nShe is currently finalising a mentoring project for women.  \n\n\n\nMarie-Claude is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and holds a master’s degree in sociology. \n\n\n\nAs all our profits go to charities\, no refund will be proposed in case of cancelation.  \n\n\n\nWIB Get Together lunches are members only events.
