She has always shown a true interest in People and Planet topics\, leveraging on communication as a key vector for positive and sustainable change. \n\n\n\nToday as Becolux (Famous Luxembourgish cider Ramborn’s mother company) Communication Director\, Executive Coach and B Leader\, she supports purpose driven organizations and engaged individuals to make an impact as well as using their potential and business models as a force for good. \n\n\n\nIn a world where capitalism needs to be reinvented\, where human capital is more than ever at the core of every ecosystem\, Erica will shed light on the B Corp movement and Ramborn’s journey. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nIn her function\, Florence Pilotaz assists the executive committee and the board of directors of Banque de Luxembourg in conducting a solid governance of the Bank and is heading the team in charge of monitoring the corporate social responsibility. \n\n\n\nPreviously\, she worked for 20 years in the investment fund industry and was acting as Deputy Head of Investment Fund Services at Banque de Luxembourg and as Head of Regulatory and Clients Initiatives for professional clients.
